support the locum to offer good customer service.
To get preferential treatment when you need a locum,
the method of payment is important.
Pay cash daily,
or pay via eft before the locum leaves
at the end of their time spent at your pharmacy,
or pay every week in the case of a longer term locum.
Brief your personnel to treat the locum as they would treat you
as owner. The locum is not a nuisance he/she is there to give
you a break.
